Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign in to Gmail?
No. Your account email is a receive-only Gmail address managed by Primemailz. It has no Gmail password, so signing in at gmail.com won't work. Everything sent to it appears on this page.
Where will my verification code appear?
At the top of your inbox, usually within seconds of requesting it, with a Copy code button. The full original email is one tap away. Keep the page open — it updates by itself.
The code hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Wait about a minute, then check the code was requested for the exact account email shown at the top right. If it still hasn't arrived, request a new code. Most codes expire within about 10 minutes.
Can I send emails from this address?
No. The address can only receive messages. That's why we recommend moving your account to your own email.
How long are messages kept?
Your inbox shows every message from the last 30 days. Messages can't be deleted from this page.
Can I delete messages?
Yes. Open a message and tap the bin icon. It disappears from your inbox right away (you can Undo for a few seconds). For security and dispute protection, Primemailz keeps a private record for up to 40 days.
Is my inbox private?
Yes. Your link only shows mail sent to your own address. Please don't share the link.
